Our #1 priority is to produce the best possible outcomes for our patients.

What To Expect

During your first visit you will spend time reviewing any medical history, explaining what activities or movements are difficult or painful for you, and what you want to get back to doing- what are your goals?

Your physical therapist will then take you through various movements to identify dysfunction or compensations that may be contributing to your pain. Range of motion and strength will also be assessed to correlate to the movement pattern dysfunctions.

Key areas will be identified to address with hands-on, manual treatment to help reduce pain and improve function. Each session will consist of a manual treatment and then followed up with specific and corrective exercises to retrain movement patterns and improve functional abilities.

The goal of physical therapy is to not make you a life-long patient, but a life-long friend. We want to provide you with tools that allow you to continue improving even after your therapy with us ends. We are always here as a guiding light, but we want you to continue improving after your last visit.

We offer special services to supplement your physical therapy treatments:

Dry Needling

Dry Needling involves using a very thin monofilament needle inserted into the muscle belly to reduce trigger points, or knots in the muscle. This treatment has been shown to be very effective at reducing pain, increasing range of motion, improving strength and muscle coordination.  This is a treatment we use everyday to help our patients.

Laser

Our Class IV K-Laser is used to improve healing of the body’s tissue. The laser delivers specific red and near infrared wavelengths laser light to induce a therapeutic effect within the body.

  • Increased circulation
  • Decreased swelling
  • Reduction of pain
  • Enhanced tissue repair
